Return Policy:
Returns must follow ALL the criteria listed below. If one or more criteria are not met, your product(s) will be rejected by our warehouse.
1) If you are not satisfied with a product, you must email or call us for return merchandise authorization (RMA). Any products returned without return authorization will be rejected and if requested by you, shipped back to you at your cost.
2) Product must be returned within 10 days from the date product is shipped to you. Ship your product prepaid (No C.O.D. will be accepted).
3) Product must be in the original packaging to avoid any additional fees.
4) Product must never have been used, worn, altered, washed, soiled, etc.
5) Product must be returned with a copy of the invoice.
6) The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside packaging. The RMA number must NOT be written on the original manufacturer’s packaging or box.
Only the cost of the product will be refunded. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
